Geneviève Hénault joined Gomberg Dalfen in May of 2008. Since her call to the Quebec Bar in 1999, she has practiced exclusively in the field of immigration, specifically in the admission into Canada of skilled professionals and businesspeople. 

She regularly serves as legal advisor for several Canadian companies regarding employer compliance issues and has immigration litigation experience in the Federal Court and the Immigration Appeal Division (IAD). 

Geneviève’s two decades of experience has enabled her to develop a diverse clientele to whom she provides highly professional, conscientious and personalized services.

Geneviève is fluent in English and French and has intermediate knowledge of Spanish.

Geneviève is a speaker at several conferences for multinationals and professional organizations on a range of topics including work permits, permanent residency and employer compliance.
