Kathleen-Rose Kennedy joined Gomberg Dalfen in February of 2022 and works on corporate immigration matters for businesses and their employees, and various permanent residence applications. Kathleen-Rose completed her law school studies in England at the University of Birmingham (2017 – 2019) and subsequently, at the University de Montréal (2019 – 2021). While in law school, she was a volunteer with the Birmingham Community Immigration Law Clinic.

After successfully passing the Quebec bar exam in July 2021, Kathleen-Rose completed her articles with one of Montreal’s largest family law firms. Following her articles, she decided to practice immigration law, where her true passion and interest has always been. Kathleen-Rose brings attention and empathy to every client she works with.

Kathleen-Rose is fluent in English and French, and has beginner knowledge of Spanish.
